I love finding new places to take pictures. It pretty much makes my day. Yesterday I went for a long walk and discovered so many new things. This world is a gift and I love to capture as much of it as I can. Enjoy the new pictures

A new era

Break this mold, this ever continuing cycle

And so we walk

Think about this: how often do you actually walk on the ground verses man made floors and pavement. If you pay attention it's alot less than you would think. Even in parks we walk on sidewalks and paved walkways. Make it a point to walk upon the ground that God made.

Religion

I was listening to two people conversing about Muslems, Christians, and other such world affairs and it got me thinking about Christianity as a religion. It is hard for Christians to have a conversation about Christianity today. There are so many questions that come our way that we can't answer that it's easier to avoid the topic all together. But that's how Christianity is, God left us with unanswereds and open questions. If you sat down with a high scholar of any other religion they could basically hash out everything their religion entails; beginning to end, no questions. Every other religion has its rules and beliefs written down somewhere or known on everyones mind. Most everyone who follows their religion with any sort of fervor could answer any of your questions. But when it comes to Christianity, we don't have all the answers which leaves us conversationally scared. Also, this is a reason that many people don't consider Christianity because they believe it and it's people are flawed. I actually think this is the point that makes Christianity much more believable than another religion. All other religions we're created by man, and there for everything was included, no questions asked, so that all men could see and believe. When they were created they answered all the questions so that men could look through and not have any. God,however, gave us just enough to believe, and we then have to trust on him for the rest. God made it a lot about faith and trust. He doesn't answer all the questions because he doesn't have to. He knows the answers and that's all we need. We only need to have faith in him, not in details. This sets Christianity apart from every other religion. Because it is not man made, it is not completely comprehensible by mans minds. It is so obviously true because of this point, and so obviously complicating at the same time.

Kings

Concerning abortion: it's basically to the point where its almost safer for the baby to be outside of the womb than inside. God designed the womb to hold, protect, and nurture the baby until it was time to be birthed, yet now it's not so safe....

It's hard for me to share my pains with people; my struggles, my bad days, etc. I always feel like it would be so selfish. I don't want any selfish pity. I also don't want to make any person's good days bad, or bad days worse. I take it upon my self to shoulder my struggles alone... some days its easier than others.

So while I was at work I made up this analogy which made me laugh a little: Finding a wife is like getting a tattoo. Its gotta be something you like and something that looks good. Something that matters and is not one that is ordinary for the sake of having one. And its gotta be something you can live with for the rest of your life.

This path that leads us...

Ive been playing drums now for 10 years.
I went on to play in three different bands over the course of 7 years, recording in the studio 5 times, and playing with some of my favorite bands.
I picked up playing the guitar and piano and started writing my own music.
I love music, its my calm to the storm, it gets my mind working, makes me productive and creative. Sometimes its exactly what I need, and I can't go a day without rediscoving what I love about a good song. The way a song travels along a path, the chord progressions, the melodic lines, the changes that may throw you off, or the thought put in the lyrics.

I am now in no band. I lost most of the instruments I used to use to different circumstances. I live in a small apartment with no way to play.

I have no musical outlet...and without it I miss it, and realize it's somthing that I really want back.

What am I

Im bored. Im tired. Im lonely.
I have no direction. I have no goals.
I accomplish nothing on a day to day basis.
Where will I be at the end of this year?
Where will I be in ten?
Will I accomplish anything, finish anything?
Will I grow or stay the same?

I am a perfect example of a person at a standstill with themselves.

I hope to God that I don't waste the this life He gave me.

Sun.

The other day I was amazed at how bright the sun is. Not even looking directly at it the whole sky was so bright it hurt my eyes. The sun is approximately 93 million miles from the earth.
We are also kept warm even in the coldest winter. The surface of the sun is approximately 9900 °F, while at the core it's something on the order of 27 million °F. Any closer or farther away and earth would be unlivable.

God is perfect in all he does.

This world is not chance.

Recognize

I am at the cafe.
Internet on Tuesday, count it!
Been taking alot of pictures.
My daily routine is pretty darn sweet.
Be jealous of my Sega.

So why, if the human race was created so far more advanced than anamals in the fact that we can think, reason, interact, love, give, have knowlege, have wisdom, appreciate, learn, forgive, and encourage, why do we hate, take, tear down, kill, decieve, fight, and live in apathy? Animals do what animals were made for, but man does not. Violence and hate don't make sence from creations with the greatest potential. We are worse than animals in the fact of our waring, stealing, and hating lifestyles, animals don't war, they don't kill for no reason; they eat, sleep, and take care of those closest to them, we dont even do that. What has become of the human race.

God grant us mercy.
